Miniature Rollers are small diameter rollers used in conveyors, packaging or other machinery, where small, lightweight or heavy, products or material loads have to be handled, usually with rollers at close center distances.  Originally designed for the Packaging Machine Industry, where effective & efficient product handling and performance are key factors, millions of our rollers are now in use worldwide in hundreds of applications.

For gravity or powered applications, Miniature Rollers, are available in a variety of diameters, types and standard or custom lengths.  Stainless spring-loaded axles are standard.  All rollers are fitted with our durable Polyamide Plastic Race with stainless ball bearings for smooth & easy roller rotation, and requiring no maintenance or lubrication, corrosion-resistant and quiet-operating.  Metric size rollers are our specialty.

Miniature Rollers can be used in many applications:

• Anywhere close center requirements are required;
• To handle small lightweight products, cartons or assemblies in production or packaging lines;
• As transition rollers between belt and chain conveyors;
• As infeed/outfeed transition conveyors for machinery.

Miniature Rollers are available in Straight Cylindrical (PVC, Aluminum or Stainless Steel) or Tapered (Polyamide & Vestimide Anti-Static Plastic) versions:

GRAVITY TYPES:      16, 20, 30, 40mm Diameter & Tapered.
                                     (5/8”, 3/4”, 1-3/16”, 1-1/2”)

                                 Spring-Loaded or Threaded Round Axles.
                                      (6 or 8mm / 1/4” or 5/16”)

POWERED TYPES:      20, 30, 40mm Diameters & Tapered
                                       (3/4”, 1-3/16”, 1-1/2”)
